We not only encrypt your data for transmission/transport over the internet, VPN or dedicated connection, but more importantly, it is maintained in an encrypted form throughout its storage lifecycle. Only your encryption key can be used to decrypt your data!

Physical security is provided by ebackup Inc. at its data centre facility.

Service and data availability are ensured through the use of multiple communication providers, multiple copies of customer data and broad use of digital signatures for additional integrity.
